Sayaka Miki/Oktavia Von Seckendorff

Honestly, the reason I ended up drawing Sayaka/Oktavia was 'cause I really wanted to draw somebody with a hoodie today, and though Kyoko Sakura came to mind at first, I was having a bit of a hard time drawing her for some reason. _{Which is weird 'cause I am very, very sure that I've got a thing for drawing legs and ponytails, which Kyoko both has... (sorry Kyon)} Decided later on that I'd just draw Blue Tuna(or whatever weird nickname Kyoko made up for 'er) here as she was during her early appearances. 'Cause hoodies+monster girls=win. Do the math, people.
