Notebook Sketches: Meganekko Yomi

Something I drew earlier today at school... out of boredom, as usual. xD
Didn't quite bother finishing the whole thing, buuut~

Contrary to what most might think, I did NOT think about the Anime Yomi while doing this. OVA Yomi's more of a lady, I say.
I was wondering about what Yomi would look like if I tried drawing her in a comic book-esque art style, and this is the result.
What do you guys think? Does it look good on her?

[EDIT] I am aware that this actually resembles that art of Yomi holding the Death Note made by artist Daniwae. Let me just say that I absolutely did not use any reference/copied sh1t while drawing this one. It was halfway through the pic when I noticed the similarities... xDD;
